Bianchi S9 matta

"Bianchi S9 matta" is titanium framed cycle and known as most expensive model of the Bianchi cycles'

Heres is the S9 matta's performance chart. 

This chart shows us It is made for performance, comfort and design

(well, I guess S9's design is good??)

and as you can see it has weak point as weight and price.

In my country(South Korea) S9 2011' model was sold almost 15,000$. Crazy price.

And Frame(53 sized) weight is 1,495g and fork is 340g, I think it is not feather likes.

Also, I had a bicycle "GIANT Tcr Advanced 3" before this one.

Well, this bike was good but since I don't like design(looks too sportsmanlike), I was sold the bike.

I think this bike's performance was not bad and it is light because of full carbon frame and fork.

I gonna compare this two models. because I think "GIANT Tcr adv 3" is one of the ordinary current bike. so this comparison will help you understand about "S9 matta".

When I first ride "S9 matta", I felt it is rigid than "Tcr adv 3". 

It is common knowledge as Titanium bike provides tender ride but "S9 matta" was different.  I think it is caused by down tube's drop shaped and heavy weighted.

and when I ride uphill, I feel easier than "Tcr adv 3" but It is not sure. because S9 matta's wheels lighter than Tcr adv 3 wheels' 

Well also there are several reasons that I choice this bike.

First, I Really want to have the name of "Bianchi". as you know bicycle's history has begun with Bianchi's history. 

Second, It is unique!! I heard that "S9 matta" was imported only 5~6(ea) in South Korea.

Third, It is made in Italy. I have known later model was made in China or taiwan or some other countries, but my S9 matta 06'  was marked "Handmade in Italy".

Fourth, I believe "Bianchi" has greater knowhow dealing with Steel materials than Carbon or something, and it is last bike model made of Steel. It has historical mean.

Fifth, It is not looks sports likes. I can ride this bike wearing classic style.
